1. Write research proposals that Indicate that learners are able to identify a problem in human resources and formulate research problems
Formulate hypothesis
Select and utilise research instruments that are relevant in the research of problems in human resources
Select and use appropriate data analysis methods to interpret the findings of an investigation.
Conduct fieldwork during the actual investigation.

Formative method of evaluation:
Learners shall participate in group discussions, seminar paper presentations and debates.

Summative evaluation shall be in the form of semester examinations.
