As the unemployment rate in Gahlot district increases, it is becoming increasingly difficult for youth to find a job. This has forced many of them to leave their villages and relocate to urban areas like Bhadohi, with SayPro being one of the leading sources of employment for them. Through SayPro, these youths are able to gain relevant skills and experience that will help them land a job in their desired area of expertise.

SayPro is an initiative by SIPL, in partnership with local businesses, volunteers and the unemployed youth in Galshewe area of Harare.
