Youth unemployment is rampant in today’s economy, and Gamadikana is no different. Young people are becoming jobless, and it’s a matter of concern for us all. We wanted to do something about this problem, so we came up with SayPro. The idea behind SayPro is simple – through education and job opportunities, SayPro hopes to bring about a change in the way youth perceive themselves and their employment prospects.

SayPro aims to achieve this by equipping unemployed youth with the necessary skills for the modern workforce. The program teaches students employability skills such as verbal communication, organization, time-management etc., and also introduces them to potential employers in their area.

The end goal of SayPro is an empowered youth who feels confident enough to embrace the new world of work!

Being unemployed is never fun, and youth unemployment isn’t getting any easier to tolerate. This is why a team of volunteers has come up with an unconventional way to uplift the youth in a specific area. Every Saturday, SayPro conducts workshops for unemployed youth in Gamadikana, hoping to give them new skills and help them find a job. The focus of these workshops is on soft skills like communication, problem-solving, etc., so that they can better communicate in interviews and even land a job.

By helping these young men and women, SayPro is making the world a little bit brighter by lifting up their spirits and changing their lives for the better!
