SayPro provides unemployed youth with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience while also maintaining their academic progress. The program is designed specifically for those who are looking for a stable job but aren’t happy working just any old day job. All of the participants receive on-the-job training under the supervision of skilled professionals, and they get paid for the hours they work (no minimum wage required!). With SayPro, these disengaged young adults can finally feel like they have a viable path forward in life.

It’s not easy to find a job when you’re 21 years old and live in the suburbs. But that’s exactly what SayPro wants to bridge with its smart online platform for hiring. The SayPro team has been working hard on this project for last 5 months, and it’s time to see the results.

The first step was to build a smart online platform that will help youth understand the various employment opportunities available in their neighborhood. They’ll be able to see whether there are any job openings at companies nearby or applying for internship or volunteer positions on the SayPro website.

SayPro also wants to make sure the unemployed youth have access to relevant skills so they can land a job quickly after finding it on their own. That’s why they created an introductory course of digital marketing that is being offered as an elective in local universities like Jamia Milia Islamia, Aligarh Muslim University, NIFT, etc., by SayPro partners like Accenture India and Ambit Group. The program is taught by Accenture professionals and will help students learn key softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and more in just 30 days- all for free!
