Do you know what it feels like to be unemployed at age 22? This is the plight of almost half of the youth in our country. With no work prospects, they are trapped in an endless loop of joblessness and despair. In GELUKSBURG Area, we’re trying to change that.

SayPro is a nonprofit job-training program that teaches youths valuable skills for success in the workplace. Our state-of-the-art facilities provide participants with the opportunity to acquire crucial soft skills that will help them land their dream jobs. Our dedicated staff provides them with guidance and support so that they can reach their full potential and become successful members of society. We believe that every young person has the ability to achieve great things – and we’re committed to helping them realize their dreams.

It’s a feeling of helplessness when you can’t find a job and you do not have any source of income. The youth in GELUKSBURG, one of the poorest regions in Bangladesh, is going through similar ordeal for decades now. With SayPro, we are aiming to change this situation by providing unemployed youth with a financial freedom.

SayPro is a micro-financing company that offers opportunities to financially empower unemployed youth living in underprivileged areas. The program provides them with an opportunity to acquire small businesses that can help alleviate poverty and lack of employment.

SayPro has generated employment for over 2,000 youths in GELUKSBURG since it started its operations in 2014, which shows us how powerful our model really is.

It’s astounding how much we learn about our surroundings when it’s not for a class or some sort of exam. And when you’re living in poverty, the most important information you may gather is about the plight of youth who are unemployed and trying to find jobs in your area. That’s why SayPro was started.

It started off with only 4 employees and by now, it has become one of the largest organizations running employment workshops for GELUKSBURG area youth. Every day, these employees teach soft skills such as communication, team work, and positivity to these young adults who are ready to take on any challenge in life. And that too at no cost!
