Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 (NQF level 4) Two (2) Years relevant working in a Library Valid drivers license Ability to communicate in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape SPECIAL CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE POST: Computer literacy Clerical and Supervisory skills Adaptability with regard to working hours and to assume new job related information Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of authors and book titles and extensive general knowledge DUTIES: Responsible for the operational management of the library Responsible for the counter tasks to deliver an effective client service and ensure administrative functioning Outreach to the communities Supervisory duties
