The Role
  
Reporting to the Corporate Services Director, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist with recruitment, on boarding, performance reviews, contractors and off boarding processes
  • Develop and deliver an annual HR Strategic plan, in collaboration with the Corporate Services Director and CEO
  • Contribute to some financial reporting, including oversight of timesheet information and working closely with external accounting / payroll partners
  • Advise on new HR systems and review the general day to day HR operations
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects across the organisation

Skills Required
  
You will demonstrate a commitment to health and the non-profit sector and hold:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of regulation and legislation relating to employment, IR and WHS
  • Familiar with managing and improving HRIS
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, building relationships with members and partners
  • Demonstrated understanding of the workings of government (Commonwealth and State/Territory) and the health sector
