Youth unemployment is a major global concern that every politician talks about. In the USA, it’s even more worrying as around 8.1 million youth are out of work, which translates to 24% of the youth population. SayPro helps these youth in finding jobs and building confidence by organizing workshops and seminars.

Organizing workshops is one way SayPro volunteers get connected with the community and build relationships. It also gives them an opportunity to learn new skills that can be applied in any other career.

SayPro believes in empowering youth and aiding them in their college-going journey. With scholarships, mentorship programs, and job-preparation courses, they help young people attain their career goals.

Today is a new day for you and your SayPro campaign. You have been going strong for three months now, holding events, meeting potential employers, preparing yourself for interviews, and even taking mock calls from potential opportunities. Today, you are finally ready to take the next step – by getting a job! With SayPro’s support and expertise, you can be confident that you will find employment quickly. In addition to providing guidance on job search strategies and interview skills, SayPro provides participants with access to job-seeking resources such as resume building workshops and networking events. And of course, there is SayPro’s Believe in Yourself program which helps participants overcome their confidence barriers so that they can embrace new opportunities with confidence.

SayPro is a youth employment initiative by the White Ridge Area Development Association. Its main aim is to provide unemployed youth with an opportunity to acquire skills and build a career. Through SayPro, these young men and women are offered training, mentorship, 9-5 jobs and much more. The program also offers various other perks such as transportation assistance, healthcare benefits, etc. In simple words, SayPro is your best bet if you really want to change lives!

Sailing the sea of crisis, SayPro has come to the rescue. When unemployment is staring you down from all sides, it can get quite intimidating. It punishes your self-esteem and makes you feel like a burden on society. But that’s not how SayPro works. Here, we understand that unemployment is a source of helplessness and depression. And so we work round-the-clock to lift these weights off your shoulders and give you a fresh start in life.

We run free classes where kids learn soft skills like negotiation and time management, as well as how to dress up appropriately for interviews. We have mentorship programs that offer guidance on landing a job, and insurance programs that pay your first month’s rent and other expenses if something goes wrong.

Unemployment can be tough, but the SayPro way is sure to make it less so!
