What is surprising is that this isn’t just limited to a select few firms, but seems to be prevalent across industries. And from what they’ve gathered so far, it does not seem like this will change anytime soon.

SayPro was launched in 2015 in an aim to help men be more supportive of women and stand for equality in the workplace. The motto behind this initiative is ‘Be A Voice, Not A Silencer’, which encourages men to speak against such unfair behavior without being guilty of perpetuating it.
