How do I upload SayPro Assignments, POEs, CVs and Supporting Documents in the course?

Your Profile will appear

Select the course that you are currently doing

Once you have logged in and accessed the curriculum, navigate to the section that requires you to upload Assignments, POEs, CVs and Supporting Documents.

A text box will appear with a section that you can type on this section; you will type “See attached “, and below the textbox, you will click on “Choose file” which will direct you to your file location where you can select the file you wish to upload.

Select the file you wish to upload and then click save and send.

Note: If your file type does not match our records or we did not receive the documents due to a technical error, we will email you requesting you to resubmit the documents.

Upload requirements:

  • Documents must be in one of the following formats: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, gif, jpg, jpeg, bmp and png.
  • Documents should not be empty, password protected or encrypted.
  • Documents may not be more than 5MB per upload, and a maximum of 10 documents may accompany a single submission;
  • Document names should not include the characters ‘ or &;
  • No more than 10 submissions are permitted against a given document number.

Click save to save the file that you have uploaded

The last step is to click send to submit the file
