What happened to the tenders we have submitted?

SayPro submitted more than 500 tenders to different companies using emails and hand delivery; the application process was easy because we had the requirements they needed from us. When we did not have some requirements, we submitted the documents of our partners like your unit standards and qualifications.

When we came up with the idea of applying for tenders, it was to make money for the organization to survive in the long run and to be sustained so that we can continue providing training and support to vulnerable and disadvantaged youth, women and children across the world.

My team and I ensured we submitted the tenders that met our requirements to avoid company rejections. Still, the challenge that we faced was no response from the tenders that we submitted though we submitted all that they asked for, it went on until we decided as a team to take a break in applying for the tenders because we were wasting our time while there is a lot of work to be done.

We agreed on posting the information from the tenders on our online system in that way it will help us as the companies will recognize that we are capable of doing the work they want to be done. And again we make sure that we post every piece of information we know will benefit us in the future because once the funders know that we can do this, they will contact us and tell us to prepare our proposal for upcoming tenders. That way will make our work easy; we will know who we are dealing with.
