Did you know that Nelson Mandela Museum houses one of the largest collections of Mandela memorabilia in the world? The museum is a tribute to Madiba, who spent most of his life there. The collection includes personal belongings, photographs, and other mementos, which testify his dedication to freedom and justice.

The SayPro team was inspired by this inspiring collection and wanted to do something to honour this great man. So we’ve come up with the idea of sponsoring a section in the museum. In celebration of Mandela’s birth centenary, we’re donating a portion of our profits towards preserving Mandela’s legacy for generations to come.

Visit us soon and say thank you for what he has accomplished!

The Nelson Mandela Museum is a must-visit place when you’re in Johannesburg. Not only is it an important reminder of Madiba’s legacy and work, but it also houses many artifacts that belonged to him. From his famous Robben Island dining set to his iconic Hyundai  that took him on his historic arrest, the museum has it all. When you visit the museum, you’ll be transported back in time and feel like you’re right there with him. Want to know why?

Because the SayPro team visited the Nelson Mandela Museum and came home with this priceless piece of wisdom: ‘It takes courage to change, but not as much as it takes courage not to.’ – Nelson Mandela

On 28 April 2013, the world witnessed history being made in South Africa. A new generation of leaders was taking over and they were making their mark on the world stage. What better way to honor them than by giving them a place to call home?

When Mandela was imprisoned in 1962, he had no idea that his life would be touched by someone who would one day become his daughter-in-law. But when SayPro decided to open a museum in Nelson Mandela’s name, it was clear that he and the influential political family he belonged to had played a part in its creation. With recent additions such as Mandela’s bedroom and personal belongings, SayPro is becoming an interactive experience for all visitors. And this is just the beginning; more exhibits are on their way, including displays containing priceless artifacts from the struggle years.
