The Role
  
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with internal team members to ensure they are meeting statutory requirements
  • Monitor the performance of the quality management system and advise team of findings
  • Ensure databases are accurate and up to date for reportable incidents, COVID vaccinations and internal audits
  • Continuous review of NDIS Practice Standards and devise any process changes accordingly
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all policies are being adhered to

Skills Required
  
You will be familiar with the not for profit and/or disability sector and hold:

  • A degree in disability or related field (Quality Assurance)
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS funding model
  • Comprehensive knowledge on and experience in, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating Quality management system
  • Experience in internal file audit according to Management Systems Auditing Techniques
