The Role
  
Reporting to the Executive Director, your administrative responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and respond to phone calls and email enquiries
  • Create and process purchase orders, and track invoices and timesheets
  • Induct new starters and set up staff user profiles
  • Organise meetings internally and externally, booking travel, car hire and accommodation
  • Coordinate membership packs and payments, and update the database of stakeholders
  • Provide insights and advice on new projects, including an audit and inventory of IT assets

Skills Required
  
You have previously worked in a senior administration or office manager role, preferably in the NFP or education  sector and can demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well with stakeholders
  • Ability to input and record information accurately and with adequate speed
  • Experience with different CRM systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Access and Xero preferred
  • Familiar with working to deadlines and supporting multiple teams
