Description
Gender equality is an issue that needs to be discussed more often in the media, and SayPro is making sure that this happens. We have decided to enhance gender equality and gender-based violence coverage by inviting high-profile guests on our platform. The first guest we had on SayPro was activist, writer, and TV host Leila Seth.
Seth introduced herself along with the important topic of gender equality to a wide audience in various forms of media. She discussed her fight for women’s right to live freely without fear of sexual assault or gender-based violence, and how it’s possible with the help of SayPro. She also spoke about why it is so important to cover this topic in the media and how she runs her platform accordingly.
We are proud to be associated with such a bold personality who has taken up an important cause like this!
We understand the importance of gender equality and coverage of gender-based violence in media outlets. That’s why we have launched SayPro, an initiative that aims to help change this.
Our flagship program is a volunteer-led effort that translates into action by empowering women online to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. In partnership with national and international media outlets, we are working to increase awareness about gender-based violence, provide support to survivors, and promote the voices of women worldwide. By doing so, we hope to make the internet a more welcoming and accepting place for everyone.
So what are you waiting for? Join us in our fight for a more inclusive internet!
Gender equality is slowly catching on globally, but in media and entertainment industries, a challenging task lies ahead. Gender-based violence, including verbal, emotional and sexual abuse is seen as normal and acceptable in these fields. Although the subject has been brought to the limelight more often than not, it’s still not enough to stop its occurrence.
SayPro is here to change that. We’re committed to raising awareness about gender-based violence and its prevalence in media industries by empowering women and girls through education and advocacy programs. When we say that #EqualandCoverageMatters, we mean it 100%.
Gender equality is still a long way to go in media, but it’s not as if we are unaware of it. From understanding women’s perspectives to featuring them in your stories, SayPro is here to help you out!
The mission of SayPro is to enhance gender equality and coverage of gender-based violence in media outlets. We do this by encouraging media professionals to include the voices and experiences of women in their news coverage. Our goal is to advance the discussion around gender issues by providing accurate information and increasing awareness. In addition, we provide resources that can help people take action on their own or with others around them. We believe that everyone has the power to create a more inclusive society one story at a time – let’s keep moving forward together!
Gender equality is a key concern in the media world, and SayPro has taken note of it. We are committed to ensuring that media houses cover gender-based violence in a holistic manner and there is no discrimination or exclusion on the basis of gender. We want all people to feel empowered and free to live life as they choose.
By supporting us, you are working towards making the world a better place for everyone – by promoting gender equality and coverage of gender-based violence!
