Today we celebrate a great man who devoted his life to the service of our country and freedom, Not only did he bring us Freedom but he risked his life by being true and brave during the apartheid period.

He is truly a revolutionary man and a political leader, as well as a philanthropist with an abiding love for children.

Today we honour his vision for a better community not only for us but for our future generations.

Let us honour his legacy of compassion and kindness for everyone regardless of their race, gender or occupation.

Mandela Day is about changing the world for the better, whether it’s a small act of kindness, a donation to a worthy cause, or giving your time to those in need.
