**SayPro Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer – Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) Focal Point

If you are passionate about promoting gender equity and social inclusion, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer to serve as the Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) Focal Point for our organization. In this role, you will play a key role in integrating GESI considerations into all aspects of our programs and initiatives.
As the GESI Focal Point, you will develop and implement strategies to mainstream gender equity and social inclusion across projects. This includes creating gender-sensitive indicators, collecting and analyzing sex-disaggregated data, and conducting gender-specific evaluations to ensure our programs are inclusive and equitable.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in gender studies, sociology, or related fields, along with experience in monitoring and evaluation. Your ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and advocate for GESI integration will be essential in driving positive change and empowering marginalized communities.
