You’ve heard of Say No to Violence, but when it comes to preventing sexual abuse, we need to hear from you too! Youth Project SayPro is a leading NGO in South Africa that strives to educate and prevent against gender-based violence. They have developed an aftercare programme that combines education with support services, which is crucial for those who have been affected by such crimes.

Today, they are looking for ways to make a difference through their volunteer program. Youth volunteers teach the important lessons of SayNoToViolence and emotional safety at our aftercare programme, where children can feel comfortable enough to come forward and seek help.

Do you have a passion for teaching? Do you want to make a difference in someone’s life? Join SayPro Youth Project today as a volunteer at our aftercare programme! The youth project was established in 2012 with the aim of providing support to young people who have experienced sexual or gender-based violence, or who are at risk of being affected.

Our volunteers teach at our school, where students receive education on issues related to gender and sexuality, as well as emotional and physical well-being. By volunteering for us, you’ll be able to do something genuinely impactful, while also gaining valuable employment experience!
