• Own information gathering and storytelling about each of our programs — in 2021, we will run 25 programs in 10 countries.
• Improve and codify best content collection practices, setting and maintaining standards of story collection quantity and quality from field teams
• Collaborate with country directors, partnerships directors, and donor relations team, building buy-in and serving their cross-functional priorities.

Content Innovation

• Drive innovation in unique styles and techniques of documenting our work
• Cultivate a roster of local filmmakers and artists to contract with us on special projects
• Collaborate with recipients to tell their own stories by connecting them to tech and training
