Facilitate and coordinate the development and implementation of the strategy for the design, establishment and maintenance of world-class research infrastructure; Facilitate and coordinate the development and implementation of the research integrity and quality assurance framework; Establish a robust and effective investment process for research infrastructure In collaboration with senior research management teams write proposals for the external financing of research infrastructure; Identify and disseminate external funding opportunities for research infrastructure. Plan, develop and implement effective processes, systems and tools for good research quality; Raise awareness on policies and best practices for research excellence; Conduct the necessary studies over the research infrastructure lifecycle phases. Develop and refine a comprehensive set of indicators for the utilisation and maintenance of infrastructure; Conduct regular reviews of the state of research infrastructure; Perform standard national and international benchmarks to improve research quality continually. Establish appropriate oversight structures across the various phases of the research infrastructure lifecycle; Establish review panels to provide research quality assurance; Monitor and report on research infrastructure and quality risk exposures.
