SayPro Construction and Infrastructure Programme Management

SayPro Manage internal BRT processes involved in implementing the various projects designed to construct the BRT infrastructure. Manage, lead, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within budget Design, develop and initiate site-specific safety plans, including an accident-free safe working environment. Oversee liaison with and management of the professional service providers and contractors regarding the projects. Ensure that work is implemented by good governance and risk-controlled processes. Manage and monitor capital expenditure of various projects and process invoices, and where applicable and applicable, take corrective action. Compile monthly reports in respect of multiple projects
