  • Perform as an Operational Manager in accordance with the Scope of Practice Demonstrate effective communication with patients, supervisors and other health professionals and junior colleagues.
  • Implementation of Ideal Hospital Framework. Perform all the administrative functions required of the job.
  • Applicant should be prepared to undergo Medical Surveillance as an inherent job requirement.
  • Comply with the Performance Management and Development System (contracting, quarterly reviews and final assessment).
