SayPro Executive Support General Management Services
SayPro renders direct executive support to the GCEO, while assisting with Strategic matters and oversee all BU strategic goals.Advise on financial control for all BU’s and understanding of all business processes.Represents the GCEO in various forums, meetings with various stakeholders-internal/external including international engagement.• Oversee the implementation of business strategies and interventions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.• Drive key project initiatives as required. Resolve queries (internal and external) directed at the GCEO and coordinate appropriate responses. – within acceptable timeframes• Prepare and/or review high level and complex written correspondence, organizational communication messages, proposals, papers and presentations.• Lead and co-ordinate activities of teams of professionals to meet business targets including performance management.Provide guidance and expertise relative to the smooth and efficient functioning of the GCEO’s office and suggestions for other functional areas• Support and coordinate the design, plan and implementation of strategic plans in conjunction with the GCEO. Support the GCEO during Committees and EXCO meetings. Ensure quality of all reports to BOARD committees and EXCO including submitting timely reports to the Board, committees and parliamentary committees and/or queries on behalf of the GCEO.• Ensure the efficient management, control, compliance and reporting of the function / resources in accordance with the stipulations of the PFMA, company specific policies and regulations, national legislation, fraud prevention and risk management principles, Corporate Governance, , Delegation of authority. Facilitate the engagement of internal and external auditors to resolve audit issues.• Ensure GCEO is briefed on key priority matters as required in liaison with other functional areas.• Coordinate compliance on all key deliverables and update status of projects, business & corporate plans, MOI, MOU’s and strategic initiatives.• Actively interact with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the organisation. Ensure that there is communication within and outside the company – facilitate workshops and national Roadshows. To further facilitate the interaction and engagement of the GCEO with employees. Oversee all activities in the office of the CEO
