SayPro Project Management Service (Operations Management)

Has a major role in a portfolio and financial planning, project monitoring, and implementation and must be able to apply his/her administrative and financial expertise and work with a broad range of USG personnel and local and international project implementation partners in order to access and provide information on a timely basis. The Project Management Specialist (Operations Manager) will manage the annual obligation of Development Assistance (DA) and Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI) funds and ensure that Agency earmarked funds are allocated and accounted for properly and comply with forwarding funding guidelines.
