German speaking: personal assistant
We are currently looking for a personal assistant for the CEO of a German-based e-learning company, that provides business training and staff development courses

The role:
As a personal assistant, roles will be extremely varied, from coordinating the CEO’s diary, replying to emails, research, and customer liaison to organising flights and travel itineraries, editing, and developing learning material or scripts, interacting and communicating with other business leaders

Person specification:
The ideal candidate must be genuinely detail oriented, calm and professional, well presented with excellent verbal and numerical reasoning skills. You will need to be intellectually quick and have a confident manner when dealing with customers.

Must have:

• A genuine passion for administration 
• Experience working in an as an office manager or personal assistant
• Own laptop, home office and VPN
• Backup power/inverter to ensure no disruptions from load shedding

Desirable:

• Professional writing experience
• High-level organisational skills
• Professional and highly presentable
