  • Advise management on the competitive or financial impact trends and issues in the IT industry, including latest technologies and the impact relevance to organizational business strategy.
  • Participate in strategic and operational governance processes in support of the senior management team. • ICT Infrastructure Management ?
  • Oversees the effective delivery of computer operations and production support, system and database administration, network operations, PC/desktop support, and customer service.
  • Oversee the organization’s technological infrastructure (network and computer systems) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Accountable for the implementation and support activities regarding 3rd party applications ?
  • Ensure development, implementation and maintenance of all policies related to ICT services, including, distribution and asset management.
  • Manage, monitor, and evaluate the company’s software and hardware assets to ensure that all compliance and legislation are adhered to.
  • Management of SLA’s with service providers to ensure that uptime of environment is maintained at expected levels?
  • Management of departmental budget and costs to ensure that the company’s financial targets are met and sustained. • Management of ICT Cyber Security and Business Continuity ?
  • Manage the Authority’s information security program?
  • Manage information risk management?
  • Support executive and senior management to achieve information security goals.
  • Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
  • Manage and provide oversight for implementing an ICT security strategy and disaster recovery plan that minimizes the risk of data loss and breach of privacy. • Project Management ?
  • Design and development of project management toolkits?
  • Reporting project management progress.
