Job Description

PURPOSE :Provide HR benefits services to line management in IDT ensuring that the company has the human capability to achieve its objectives REPORTING : Manager: Human Resources/General Manager: Human Resources REQUIREMENTS :A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management with a knowledge of Human Resources products and services. Experience and Exposure in working with information System/s i.e. (SAGE). Minimum 5 years Employee Benefits and Payroll experience. Competencies: Employee Benefits, Project management, Human Relations, Human Behaviour, Employee Benefits Products and Services, Business Management Principles, Organisational objectives. Skills: Planning Skills, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Interviewing Skills. DUTIES :Assist with Medical Aid, Assist with Provident Fund, Administer Payroll, Assist with Salary Survey, Verification of payroll, Taxation – carry out manual calculation of tax as and when required, Reconciliation of IRP5’s and IT3’s, Import New Tax tables at the beginning of tax year, Responsible for IDT’s salary review process (surveys etc), Inform employees on increases/performance bonus, Provide monthly input for payroll. Responsible for Salary Structures.
