Purpose of this Role The Senior Manager: Learning programmes Implementation and Monitoring will be responsible for the overall programmes administration and implementation for the CETA. The incumbent for this position will seek to ensure that Discretionary Grants processes for award and evaluations are implemented, programmes are commenced with timeously post award. Effective implementation of learning programmes directly attributed to this unit and serves as advisory and support role on matters of skills development within the Construction sector.
