To oversee and manage the Legal and Compliance department for the CETA to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and to proactively identify and manage potential risks and litigations. This includes provision of ongoing support to executive management and staff on legal implications of contracts and transactions, with specific responsibility for drafting contracts and instituting and defending any legal proceedings, where required.
