Purpose of this Role The Senior Manager: Learning programs Implementation and Monitoring will be responsible for the overall program administration and implementation for the CETA. The incumbent for this position will seek to ensure that Discretionary Grants processes for award and evaluations are implemented, and programs are commenced timeously post-award. Effective implementation of learning programs directly attributed to this unit and serves as an advisory and support role on matters of skills development within the Construction sector.
