Job Description

e primary responsibility of the Talent Management Specialist is essentially to assist the Unit Head HR with the execution of projects that focus on advancing talent priorities. The incumbent will work closely with the Unit Head HR and partner with the Organisation to execute the CDC’s objectives. Partner with Business Units and Programmes to effectively implement talent management and organisational development interventions Work with the Unit Head HR to identify innovative talent development interventions and apply suitable monitoring metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, and overall business improvement Responsible for talent management processes as needed to ensure a progressive talent development approach and environment; Maintain inventory of preferred solutions used for Talent Management such as 360, executive assessments, coaching reports, competency profiles etc. Facilitate and maintain the update of the CDC’s Competency Framework and ensure integration with the skills development initiatives; Support the Head of HR to implement career pathing and talent development initiatives in consultation and collaboration with various teams and line managers; Coordinate and support the development of employee engagement initiatives and strategies and provide day to day support to the CDC’s satellite/regional offices to improve engagement and ensure that the development programmes runs successfully Champion, facilitate, and support talent management initiatives, projects and services in the organisation and all satellite offices; Drive process improvement and contribute to talent leading practices for continuous enhancement of the talent identification and development initiatives; Develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; Ensure effective and optimal utilization of all talent management systems; Work with the Unit Head HR to ensure optimum business experience and satisfaction; Work closely with the Unit Head HR and partner with Business Units/Programmes to support execution and integration of change management plans on all human capital development and talent initiatives; Work with the Unit Head HR to examine the reality of succession management strategies and plans; Coordinate the Annual talent Review process including talent assessment, succession planning and development plan execution; Use insight and perform analysis using feedback from a variety of sources to accurately report to the Head of HR and management on employee performance and improvement.
