Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Gather and interpret business requirements • Develop and enhance business processes • Models KPI’s / SLA and other relevant business measures • Research Best Practice and Appropriate Benchmarking for customers • Knowledge transfer Requirements: • 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role • Bachelor’s degree in either Information Systems, Informatics, Digital Business or Computer Science or Engineering or similar Preferences: • 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role • Completed or currently studying Postgraduate Degree in either Information Systems, Informatics, Digital Business or Computer Science or Engineering • Knowledge of Abacus tool, Ms Visio
