The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director – Fundraising and Philanthropy, this newly established role is responsible for the development and execution of the workplace giving program to secure unrestricted regular funding and achieve financial growth. You will develop and implement strategies to further strengthen supporter acquisition, development, and retention to maximise engagement and loyalty.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and secure new workplace giving partners
  • Cultivation and stewardship of existing supporters
  • Manage external partnerships with suppliers
  • Project management of workplace giving campaigns
  • Develop and deliver innovative supporter journeys and interactions
  • Produce and present creative program related content and proposals

  
Skills Required

You are a collaborative, creative, business development, partnerships or sales professional who has a solution focused mindset and success generating income streams and partnerships.  You have strong communication and analytical skills with an ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and may have a background from the not for profit or corporate sectors.

You are also:

  • Experienced in identifying potential leads and converting them to supporters
  • Able to manage internal and external key stakeholder relationships
  • Innovative in your supporter engagement and supporter journey navigation
  • Knowledgeable of CRM systems, data management and reporting
  • Skilled in project or program management
