Babylonstoren is looking for a passionate, friendly customer service officer to join their dynamic online shop team.
Key functions will include, amongst others
- Receiving telephone calls
- Handling customer queries via email, phone calls, etc.
- Handling personal shopper duties
- Administering the online shop’s support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Supporting the operational team with daily administrative tasks
Minimum requirements
- A completed national senior certificate qualification (matric/Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- At least two years’ experience in customer service
- An e-commerce background will be beneficial
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Neat and detail orientated
- Team player attitude
- Available to work on weekends
