The Role
  
You will be responsible for the management and administration of finance and accounts, including managing and developing annual budgets, financial modelling, planning and future forecasting, risk and compliance, and the preparation of financial reporting.
  
Skills Required
  
You will ideally have knowledge of or experience working in the not-for-profit/community sector together with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Your background and skills will include:

• Professional qualifications in finance, accounting, or related field
• Financial/accounting experience, preferably within a small to medium organisation
• Sound knowledge of accounting systems ideally Xero or MYOB
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and in particular MS Excel
• Knowledge of and experience with planning, budgeting/forecasting, and reporting
• Experience in quarter-end and year-end close
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to others within the organisation
