SayPro Fund Generation Management [for Filipino Nationals only]
Job Description
- Together with the Fund Generation Managers and Chapter Administrators or Chapter Representatives, develops and recommends strategies, plans, programs, enterprises, ventures, and/or activities designed to attract revenues for the Philippine Red Cross as well as retention, recognition, and acknowledgment strategies for donors for the approval of the Secretary-General
- Keeps track of all fund campaign activities of the organization with the end in view of assessing both the successes or failures of fund campaign strategies so appropriate remedial measures may be promptly provided
- Monitor, receive, and analyze fundraising reports from all chapters, and NHQ fund generation units and submits findings and recommendations to the Secretary-General for information and for possible actions for improvements
- Assist chapters and NHQ fund generation units in the development and/or designs of the fundraising proposals/strategies to increase resources generated
- Maintain an updated directory of all major donors and exerts active efforts of maintaining friendly lines of communications and partnership to enlist their continuing support for the Philippine Red Cross
- Act as a resource person or speaker on Fund Generation matters whenever required
- Initiate annual accounting of all financial donations received· Annually develop the departmental goals and ensures that it is aligned with the strategic direction of the organization
- Evaluate the individual performance of the managers of the fund generation department as well as the department’s performance and provide feedback to ensure that the unit goals are being achieved
- Devise an effective and efficient task structure for the Fund Generation Department and continuously monitor their workload to ensure that outputs are delivered on time and the quality of work is not compromised
- Ensure that all subordinates follow the PRC policies and regulations
- Attends executive meetings
- Participate in the development of the organization’s strategic direction
- Propose and maintain the annual budget of the unit
- Prepare and submit the monthly and/or annual report of the department to the Secretary-General and Board of Governors
- Perform other duties and responsibilities delegated by the Secretary-General within his or her capacity and Philippine Red Cross Mandate
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least five (5) years of managerial experience in Fund Generation/Resource and other related fields
- Must be a bachelor’s degree holder preferably with Business Management and/or Business Administration or any related course
