Job description

• Responsible to create high-end visually clean and stimulating video content.
• Apply and maintain brand consistency and corporate identity throughout projects.
• Design and animate high quality motion/animation projects on request which will include but not limited simple video editing.
• Comply to brand guidelines and relevant polices.
• Liaise with agencies and studios to book recordings.
• Update and maintain the video library.
• Update videos on online channels as well as the library with the latest content.
• Must be willing to assist the rest of the design team with other marketing collateral designs and must be skilled in digital and print designs
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments.
• Provide weekly reports on progress.

Requirements

• Grade 12.
• An applicable three (3) year tertiary qualification.
• Five (5) years’ experience in both 3D/2D animation and video editing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the following:
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft PowerPoint;
• Exceptional skills in After effects, Premiere Pro and Audition and Adobe Creative Suite apps;
• Editing and animation skills and be able to make basic audio edits, such as loops and fades;
• Understand the principles of animation and the properties of moving objects.
• Good sense of timing and screen composition.
