If you’ve been in the fight against gender-based violence (GBV) for long, chances are you’ve run into at least one of these organizations. With their global reach and expertise, they’re an invaluable resource for anyone working to end this heinous crime.

But not all of us have access to these resources. That’s why we’re launching SayPro, an initiative that aims to make these organizations more accessible to everyone who needs them. By donating your time or funding their work, you’ll be helping countless victims regain their sense of safety and security.

From taking your donations online through our secure payment gateway to providing 24/7 customer support, we’re committed to making SayPro as easy and convenient as possible for you!

It’s no secret that women are facing an array of challenges in Southern Africa. From being objectified and dehumanized on a daily basis to being marginalized, it seems like we’re hell-bent on making things tough for them. But why? What is this big idea that the world has about us?

To answer these questions, we went out and reached out to 10 NGOs working towards ending gender-based violence in Southern Africa. We wanted to know how they were creating awareness and taking steps towards ending the patriarchal mindset that is prevalent in our society today. We wanted to know what support they were providing to GBV survivors; because let’s face it – gender-based violence affects us all.

There are no dearth of volunteers offering help and support to their peers in times of distress, but when it comes to the acknowledgment and redressal of violence against women (GBV), most organizations have been slow off the block. Whether it’s about taking care of those who have been subjected to such atrocities, or making sure that no woman faces such a trauma again, we count you among the pioneers.

SayPro is proud to partner with these NGOs who work tirelessly toward bringing awareness to this issue and providing support to those affected by it. From holding workshops on sexual and gender-based violence to creating safe spaces, they’re an invaluable resource that keeps on growing in strength.

The need for support in the face of gender based violence is beyond important. And, we all know about it because that’s where SayPro comes in.

Founded by a group of women from South Africa, SayPro is a global movement working to provide support and resources to survivors of gender-based violence around the world. From hosting events and volunteering to offering legal assistance and more, SayPro has established itself as a trusted partner for those looking for ways to make a difference.

Why should you get involved? Because no one should have to face violence alone. Join us in supporting the GBV survivors who are trying their best to come out on top.

You can’t claim to be a true feminist until you’ve been affected by gender-based violence (GBV). But what do you do when your support group for victims doesn’t even have a name? Or is it just too intimidating to ask the actual volunteers? We decided to name and shame those organisations that are working hard to end the prevalence of GBV in South Africa. And we did so with SayPro.

SayPro is a platform that brings together several big NGOs who share one common agenda: stopping violence against women and girls in South Africa. They are doing this through education, awareness campaigns, and advocacy efforts. One important way they’re doing this? By providing support and assistance to survivors of GBV.
