Description

Women in history have made an innumerable number of contributions to the world, but these contributions are never recognized and celebrated globally. To change this, SayPro is organizing the first-ever Women’s History Month in South Africa. For 13 days, from March 7th to 23rd, there will be events organized by organizations and businesses that support women’s rights and equality worldwide.

Excited to see women showcase their talents, skills, and wisdom? Join us in our celebration of the women who have made a difference!

In celebration of Women’s History Month, SayPro is launching a special campaign called ’13 NPC to Support’. The idea behind this campaign is to raise awareness about the important role that these non-profit companies play in women’s lives. Why We Matter explains it best: ‘Women in South Africa face many challenges on a daily basis, from financial security and education to health and safety. Many of these issues are covered by a non-profit organization that SayPro has proudly partnered with.’

Women like you have relied on the help of these organizations to get through tough times and achieve their goals. From helping women get back on their feet after an accident, or providing healthcare for women who are unable to afford it, these organizations are doing incredible work that we should all be proud of!

Women have marched, protested, and fought for their rights. They’ve run businesses, raised children, and excelled in all fields. This month is all about celebrating the work of these amazing women who have shaped South Africa’s history.

Getting a little tired of hearing about men-helping-man$?South Africa’s SayPro has come to the rescue with 13 NPC women who can teach you History better than most history teachers.

From Helen Suzman and Winnie Mandela to Zanele Mbokwana and Marikie Wagner, there’s a wide variety of experiences and careers represented on the list. With so much to learn from these powerful females, why not start learning about Women’s History Month today?

Women’s history is often ignored or taken for granted, but this month we’re paying attention. From the Women’s March on Washington to the global Women’s Strike, we’re celebrating women who are leading the way forward in South Africa and around the world.

13 is a powerful number for us to recognize as many women have taken part in this movement. Here is our list of ways that you can show your support for them: by donating, volunteering, or attending events. Just 13 actions can bring about positive change in our community.

Happy Women’s History Month!

Women’s History Month is all about celebrating the strides women have made and recognizing their important contributions. We thought it would be a great opportunity to introduce you to some of the NPC who are helping make South Africa a better place for all women.

Meet Bongumusa Nhlapo, who wants to ensure that everyone, regardless of gender or background, has equal opportunities. And then there’s Lulu Mokwena, who has dedicated her career to empowering young women. Both of them believe that gender equality is an important part of building a strong society. They’re great role models for us, and we hope you’ll follow their example and do your part too!
