Description

Women’s History Month is observed throughout the world to celebrate the many contributions and achievements of women across generations. But it is especially important in Africa, where some of the continent’s greatest accomplishments have been made by women.

SayPro has decided to celebrate this month by supporting 13 inspiring women from all over Sub-Saharan Africa. These incredible leaders are pioneers who are making history and changing the way we see and think about our communities. Everyone can learn from them, and there’s no better time than now to celebrate their achievements and be inspired by their stories!

Women’s history is being celebrated across the world in February. This year, it has been observed in Africa as well. To mark this special occasion, SayPro is celebrating women’s history month by supporting 13 amazing female entrepreneurs from Sub- Saharan Africa.

These brave women have chosen to stand up and be counted in global efforts to increase gender equality and empowerment. They are inspiring new generations of young women to take on leadership roles and see entrepreneurship as a viable career option. Thank you for your support!

Women have made tremendous progress over the years and have become more vocal about their struggles and achievements. But, there are many women who are yet to be heard about in history books. What about them? We need to do something now before it’s too late.

That is why Say Pro, a local-global non-profit organization came up with an idea to spread awareness of these lesser-known women in Sub-Saharan Africa by celebrating Women’s History Month on February. With the support of volunteers and sponsors, SayPro has organized a number of events across various cities in SSA, wherein people get to know such prominent women and how they contributed towards making the world a better place!

From March 8th to 15th, join us as we celebrate our amazing history!

Women are everywhere and their voices are being heard louder and louder! It’s time we celebrated them and made it a month long affair.

Women’s History Month is celebrated every year in October to increase the knowledge of our past, present, and future women leaders. While there are many great sites out there that talk about women’s history, SayPro has decided to take it up a notch by helping sub-Saharan African women learn more about their own history. The month-long event aims to inspire the younger generation to become global influencers by sharing the achievements of sub-Saharan African women. Together they will celebrate the strength, wisdom, and wisdom of these ladies who have achieved greatness in every field.

To help kick off Women’s History Month in style, SayPro is featuring an NPC who exemplifies the same spirit as these trailblazing ladies do: Namibian Olympian Desiree Feig. Don’t miss out on this chance to know more about one of your own in Africa!
