So if you did register as a PSira member and never renewed your membership, then it means your finger prints are outdated.
Unlike other memberships, PSira is a regulatory body that cares about safety and security. It is a requirement that they verify your fingerprints to check if you were not arrested or any criminal warrants against you since you paused your membership.
Since you are renewing your membership Hanis is required.
