- Youth Empowerment Quality Assurance Body An Accreditation, Membership And Partnership Body mean a body accrete Section 5(1) (a) (ii) of the NATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND PROGRAMMES ASSURANCE Act No. 58 of 1995 as amended National Qualification Frameworks (NQF) And International Programmes Standards (Ips) Act of 2008 has responsibility for monitoring and auditing achievements national standards or Programmes and Qualifications and to which specific functions relating to the registration of national standards.
- Provider A body, which delivers Programme which culminates in specified National Frameworks Framework standards or Programmes and Qualifications and manages the Programme Assessment, review, and referral thereof.
- Recognition of Prior Learning The comparison of the previous learning and experience of a Beneficiary howsoever obtained against the learning outcomes required for a specific qualification, and the acceptance for purposes of eligibility of that which meets the requirements.
- Programme Type and Short programmes Registered statements of desire Youth Empowerment outcomes, their associate Programme Assessment, review, and referral criteria, together with administrative and other information as specified in the regulation.
