SayPro provide the Government or Corporate Business with specialist advice and support services to:SayPro System Specifications and requirementsPhase 01 SayPro select a system that contains preferred characteristics and functionalities that will help the Government or Corporate Business to accomplish its overall work as presented in the business requirements and technical requirementsSayPro Implementation of the SystemSayPro selecting the Digital Electronic Signature system that best meets the needs of the Government or Corporate Business is the successful installation, configuration and implementation of the Government or Corporate Business expected from SayPro, including consultation with Government or Corporate Business staff for the setup/design of the User Interface (UI), staff training and coaching, and quantity/type of licenses needed. SayPro is responsible for configuring and implementing a complete and ready-to-use Digital Electronic Signature system, which Government or Corporate Business staff are trained and able to use.SayPro, before the installation process begins, SayPro shall organise a kick-off meeting with the Government or Corporate Business to discuss, agree and sign off on project governance and approach, agree on project budget and deviation processes, high-level timelines, identify stakeholders and agree on sponsorship, setup process and A kick-off meeting will be a time for questions and any potential issues to be discussed by both parties before work beginning.Business Analysis: SayPro will run JAD sessions to elicit requirements from stakeholders, and Part of this phase is to identify people change management requirements and barriers to adoption. SayPro will establish Customisable templates, forms, and fields within the program in a collaborative process.Solution Architecture: SayPro will engage with the Government or Corporate Business IT department to identify all solution architecture dependencies, including but not limited to Integration, Security, Solution Pilot, RolloutData Hosting: It is assumed and desired that the Digital Electronic Solution will be hosted in the Coordination with the Government or Corporate Business IT Department will be arranged as necessary as part of the project required to work and be compliant with the Government or Corporate Business IT architecture.Licensing: SayPro implementation process will include establishing the licenses that the Government or Corporate Business hasChange Management and Training: Government or Corporate Business staff will need to be trained to use the newly configured Digital Electronic Solution. The Government or Corporate Business expects to have different levels of users, and therefore, different levels of training will be necessary depending on which workgroup is receiving training. SayPro shall present its approach to change management and training staff. The selected contractor shall also provide an electronic (training material) guide for Government or Corporate Business. SayPro shall incorporate the cost of training into the proposal.SayPro Maintenance, Support and Continuing ServicesAfter the initial purchase and setup of the system are complete, the Government or Corporate Business will need continuing services and support from the introduction. Government or Corporate Business anticipates that the following services will be included as the continuing services provided by SayPro.Enterprise Licensing: SayPro shall provide licenses for Government or Corporate Business users continuingly. A Supply of 170 annual permits for users is renewable (The 3-year licenses for the software must be renewable every 3 years). SayPro must accommodate external users who may need to sign on an ad-hoc basis. SayPro proposes the optimal licensing model for Government or Corporate Business requirements.Off/site Technical Support: SayPro will provide off/onsite technical support to users experiencing challenges with the system or have questions about how to use specific system components. If software maintenance or fixes are needed due to bugs or issues Government or Corporate Business is experiencing, SayPro provides charges for troubleshooting and technical support services.Change Requests: From time to time, Government or Corporate businesses will require changes to the This could be UI changes, reporting, or integration. SayPro provides a rate card for these changes for Project Management, Business Analysis, Design, Configuration, Development and Testing resources.New Versions of Program or other Software Upgrades: When SayPro introduces new versions or significant updates to the system, Government or Corporate Business expects that SayPro will notify Government or Corporate Business staff and will then coordinate a time to install (if required) and implement the new Testing of new upgrades should be provided and if necessary, SayPro shall utilise a sandbox version so that Government or Corporate Business operations are not disrupted for long periods. Suppose the Government or Corporate Business decides that further training is needed to learn about updates or other changes to the system. In that case, SayPro shall provide this training at an agreed rate card.
