Description

SayPro conducts intake and assessment and provides program orientation to clients eligible for employment services. Develop comprehensive employment plans and budget strategies for each employable adult. Provide job readiness and job search coaching and connect clients with job opportunities.SayPro develops and cultivates long term relationships with area employers and staffing agencies to identify appropriate employment opportunities for clients.

• SayPro collaborates effectively with coworkers, government agencies, and partner organisations. Build and maintain relationships with area service providers for the benefit of clients.
• SayPro develops, refines, and delivers in-house job readiness training and relevant programming for clients.

SayPro assists clients and employers as necessary with post-placement issues and continuing employment needs.SayPro monitors client job performance, wage levels, and related metrics.SayPro detail each client interaction by program requirements. Input client information in the database(s) and assist with tracking and reporting.

• SayPro provides an in-depth financial orientation to clients. Partner with clients on developing household budgets and employment plans and provide follow up.
• SayPro uses personal, insured vehicles and/or public transportation (where available) to travel and transport clients and materials as needed to jobs and job training sites.
• SayPro train and lead the employment-related activities of support staff, volunteers, and interns. May supervise a team.
