SayPro is a social initiative that empowers unemployed youth living in Frederikstad by giving them a chance to do something they love while working on their skill-set. With SayPro, youth get access to real-world experience and make connections that could go a long way in helping them land their dream job.

SayPro is run by volunteers who understand what it takes to put food on the table and turn into a full-fledged professional. But we also understand that there’s no substitute for being young and confident about making an impact when it comes to finding a way out of unemployment. We’re here to help you do that, from providing basic life necessities like food, shelter, clothing, etc., all the way up to building life skills like communication and critical thinking skills.

The unemployment rate in Frederikstad is 12.2%, and the youth unemployment is even alarming at 25%. This has become a huge issue to address and the fact that SayPro exists, that too in the form of a startup, makes it an apt partner to work with.

The idea is simple yet effective – they leverage on the power of entrepreneurship and coding skills to create opportunities for unemployed youth. In partnership with leading companies such as Syska, Ask Workplace, Select Locale and many more, SayPro offers them jobs on-demand through their software platform which can be accessed by potential employers anytime anywhere.

The startup has just started but has already been able to employ 18 youth individuals who are reaping the benefits of entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take up challenges.

SayPro is here to help! Since 2007, we have been empowering unemployed youth through exciting programs that give them the skills they need to get back on their feet and succeed in the workplace. Our programs include classes in financial literacy, resume building, and interview techniques, as well as life skills like organization, time management, and confidence-building. We also provide access to resources and opportunities that will allow them to further their career goals.
