**SayPro empowers unemployed youth in GA-RANKUWASIG Area

The youth unemployment rate in the GA-Rankuwasig area stands at nearly 50%. Though some companies pay unemployed people to work, these are not enough. SayPro is changing this perception by employing people from the same area. The initiative started 3 years ago, when SayPro founder Mohamed Idris knew that many youths lacked opportunities and motivation. He wanted to change this, and so he began by hiring one youth for himself. Today, there are over 4,000 SayPro employees across America who volunteer their time to help the community they live in.

Every day 5 hours is dedicated to finding a job for an unemployed youth in the area, and every Sunday they host a job fair where employers can attend. This event is attended by representatives from schools and organizations around Ranksi Global LLC, mainly by students looking for a part-time or full-time job opportunity.

Getting rejected by companies in your resume is almost a routine job nowadays. That’s why we call it SayPro, because you proactively say ‘Yes’ to every interview and join hands with SayPro, to create a bright future with dignity.

Through SayPro, unemployed youth in the GA-RANKUWASIG area have a platform to share their skills and experience, while at the same time finding new opportunities. It’s like an interview on steroids: You discuss your strengths and weaknesses with the interviewer in front of peers and mentors who can provide valuable feedback.

When youth are unemployed, it is often perceived as a temporary phase or a minor inconvenience. But for many of them, unemployment is a constant reality. It becomes even more difficult when you live in an area where most people have jobs. However, thanks to SayPro, these unemployed youth are able to participate in the overall development of their community, and they’re also able to make money while doing so.

SayPro is a platform built specifically for them that aims to provide them with meaningful employment opportunities that will help them develop both professionally and personally. Through SayPro’s various programs and initiatives, these unemployed youth are able to gain valuable skills and experience that will be invaluable down the road. In addition to this, SayPro also strives to provide the local community with the resources it needs in order to help those who are currently facing a difficult time in their lives.

With programs such as Youth Development Programmes and Social Entrepreneurship Programme, SayPro is making an incredible impact not only on the lives of its participants but also on the surrounding community as a whole!
