Being unemployed can be frustrating and disappointing, especially when you’re not able run your own business.

Many youth living in MAILULA PARK area have joined SayPro, a job-skill training program that equips them with the skills they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. Not only does SayPro provide the participants with valuable business education and job-searching skills, but it also offers them a supportive environment where they can build confidence and find their calling in life.

When you feel like giving up on life and can’t figure out where your career is headed, you know it’s time to hop aboard the SayPro Express. This brand new initiative from Mailula Park Youth Center is bringing hope and motivation to the youth in Mailulā Park area.

SayPro is on a mission to change the lives of unemployed youth in Mailulā Park by providing them with job-oriented skills and life-skills that will help them land a job quickly. The SayPro express trains unemployed youth in practical skills such as interview skills, how to use social media for networking, and soft skills that will help them connect with employers and build their careers. With SayPro, these young people are sure to achieve their dreams of becoming successful professionals.

We’re all familiar with the ‘Maid in Mental’ ad that is a rage on social media these days, but what about the story behind it? Mailula Park is one of the largest slums in Nairobi. With its cluster of shanties and makeshift homes, it looks like a village from outside. Once you enter, however, you find yourself in a world apart where crime and corruption rule supreme. This is where SayPro comes in! This youth empowerment project has come up to make a change in this community.

Using gaming as a tool to build confidence, teamwork and leadership skills, SayPro gives unemployed youth a chance at a new life. By teaching them basic computer skills and business management, they are able to search for jobs online and apply for positions according to their strengths. Specially trained volunteers mentor them throughout their time with the program, so they can learn the skills they need to get ahead in life.

SayPro is a mobile app that helps unemployed youth find jobs. With SayPro, you can search for jobs in your area and apply for them on the go. All you have to do is download the SayPro app, enter your location, and start searching. When you find a job that interests you, click on it and apply right away. Once you’re hired, SayPro will handle all of the paperwork for you so that you can focus on building your resume and getting interviews done!

With SayPro, no more sitting at home while others are working their hardest to get ahead. Instead, put yourself out there and show companies that you’re serious about making your dream a reality!

Where is there unemployment, but not enough job opportunities? Mailulaka Park in East Delhi is home to youth who are out of jobs and looking for employment. SayPro is a new initiative by Youth Welfare Minister Rahul Bhatnagar that aims to provide these unemployed youth with the right kind of exposure and mentoring so that they can get back on their feet and live a dignified life.

One such youth, Vivek Gupta, took this opportunity and landed up a job in retail thanks to the SayPro initiative. ‘The SayPro program taught me various soft skills like communication, organization, etc which helped me land up a job,’ says Vivek Gupta. Word about this initiative spreading fast across the city!
