SayPro supports the GBV – Gender-Based Violence Coordinator based on providing technical guidance, oversight and support to the GBV – Gender-Based Violence team in the provision of quality case management to ensure the needs of GBV – Gender-Based Violence-survivors are met in a timely and consistent manner to ensure safe and ethical data monitoring.SayPro, with close coordination with the technical team, provides oversight on the implementation of community-based prevention activities to engage all community members including women, girls, men and boys, in GBV – Gender-Based Violence prevention, response and risk mitigation. This includes providing input on the training materials and tools, as well as support the capacity building plan.SayPro supports the GBV – Gender-Based Violence coordinator in planning and delivery of technical trainings for RI and partners GBV – Gender-Based Violence teams in case management, GBV – Gender-Based Violence core concepts, GBV – Gender-Based Violence tools and resources, and other topics based on the capacity building needs assessment and plan.SayPro supports the hub/partner staff in carrying out proper filing/archiving of GBV – Gender-Based Violence related documents/files in line with the relevant standards and ensuring the confidentiality of documents, and the use of GBV – Gender-Based ViolenceIMS.SayPro supports the field staff in developing and updating their work plans and reviewing them to ensure timely achievements for the targets and activities.SayPro supports the Protection Coordinator in assessing women and girls safe spaces needs from logistic and program requirements and in addressing the identified needs including guidance on raising purchase requests.SayPro supports the field team by providing daily supervision on activities related to case management and programming of the GBV – Gender-Based Violence, such as organizing participatory assessments and other GBV – Gender-Based Violence activities that SayPro could do inside the health faciliaties and on the community level.SayPro delivers direct case management services for specific cases guided by the GBV – Gender-Based Violence Coordinator.SayPro is responsible for establishing and updating the referral pathways for the catchment areas.SayPro coordination with technical team in Jordan for joint activities and support/ CB activities to be provided, activities in s and for beneficiaries/catchment areas of.SayPro supports the identification and co-design of IEC materials.SayPro contributes to coordination with GBV – Gender-Based Violence SC and other GBV – Gender-Based Violence actors.SayPro is responsible for meaintaing up to date docuemntaion for GBV – Gender-Based Violence service includnging the GBV – Gender-Based Violence tracker and other services records and trackers.SayPro is responsible to report on a regular basis weekly and monthly to NWS Protection Manger on the progress achieved , challenges faced , and other technical outcomes related to the GBV – Gender-Based Violence programming.SayPro is responsible for coordinating with the MEAL team on the monthly progress against indicators with technical justification for abobe /under achaievemntsSayPro upholds and promotes RI’s commitment to ensuring the safeguarding and safety of the vulnerable communities we serve.SayPro, consistent with RI’s safeguarding and protection policies, ensure all people who come into contact with Relief International are as safe as possible.
