But sometimes, it’s important to look at things from a different perspective. After all, what if we told you that there’s an employment accelerator program that helps youth find work fast?

SayPro is just that! Through this program, young job-seekers can find employment quickly and confidently. This program has been designed for participants aged 18+ years who are looking for steady employment in their local community. The SayPro team has put in a lot of hard work to make sure the program is effective, efficient and delivers results – which is why it’s being recognized by the government as a great initiative!

Proclaiming youth employment as a noble cause, SayPro has enlisted pro-active youth groups to promote equal opportunities for employment in the country. They aim at accelerating youth capabilities towards self-employment and skills accumulation through soft skill training, mentorship, and job assistance. Through this initiative, they believe that every individual has the right to enrich his/her career path by acquiring new skills and making a name for himself/herself.

Let’s face it. Youth unemployment is a global issue and affects millions across the globe. This is why SayPro has come up with an apt solution – the SayPro Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator! Through this initiative, we aim to alleviate youth unemployment around the world by creating innovative employment solutions that address youth unemployment in a sustainable manner.

The first SayPro Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator will be launched on October 6, 2017, in Nairobi, Kenya. Employers and the unemployed youth community will be participating in a program designed to create opportunities for both groups. Through this program, employers will be able to hire unemployed youth and offer them job training and placement while youths will have an opportunity to acquire new skills and work experience.

SayPro promotes youth empowerment through meaningful employment opportunities that enable them to reach their full potential and participate fully in society. We believe that empowering young people with strong work skills today will help them unlock their full potential in the future.

Additionally, we organize fun activities such as soccer tournaments or group outings which help people unwind after a stressful day at work!
