A company wants to create engaging course content, but are not sure who they should hire for this project. The project manager has been impressed with recent SayPro projects and wants to know more about what they can do for the company.
The following questions will help discuss how SayPro can make your COMPANY’s course content engaging.
At a high-level, what is the difference between a “plain language” approach and a “creative writing” approach?
How would you describe the experience of working with your writers?
A plain language approach to business communication focuses on clarity, simplicity, and directness in order to minimize confusion. Creative writing focuses on using specific words to convey an idea that aims to create a mental image for the reader.
In terms of experience, all our writers have at least 5 years’ experience in their respective fields, and many have been with us for over 10 years.
What are the key components of a SayPro project? How much room is there for creativity from the writer?
The key components of a SayPro project are as follows:
- End-user research to identify user needs and language preferences
- Write engaging content that meets end-user needs
- Use plain language throughout
- Ensure adherence to brand voice
- Final review by client
There is a lot of room for creativity if that is what a client wants! We can create headlines, topics, questions/answers, etc., or we can provide researched information using well-developed sentences to convey the necessary message clearly and concisely.
What is your process for creating engaging course content? How does this process change for different types of writing projects (e.g., guides, white papers, etc.)?
Our writers perform end-user research to identify user needs and language preferences before starting work on the project. Once the research has been completed, they produce draft content that is then sent to a client representative for review and final approval.
The same process applies no matter what type of writing we are doing—whether it’s training manuals or headings in a white paper, we follow our standard project workflow, which has been refined over many years of working with clients across various markets and industries so it meets every client’s needs every time.
